Garlic tahini sauce


I highly recommend having a good sauce in your back pocket, so why not this one? It’s so easy, it’s kind of a joke. Tahini is brightened by lemon juice, and everything totally melds with fresh parsley. Did I mention that there’s tahini in this sauce? You can put this on pretty much anything, but it compliments falafel and grain bowls effortlessly.

Garlic tahini sauce


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


How to cook Garlic tahini sauce

  1. In a bowl stir together the tahini, water, and lemon juice until combined. Add the parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
